Since 2004, Ms. Lage has represented individuals, corporate clients, and lenders in a variety of transactions ranging from routine residential acquisitions and sales to complex commercial real estate transactions as well as estate planning transactions, intellectual property matters, corporate transactions, and public finance matters. Ms. Lage leans on her in-depth knowledge of business, finance, and real estate to craft cost-effective solutions for complex deals.
Her robust Real Estate and Lending practice allows her to successfully represent clients in all aspects of real estate and commercial transactions including acquisitions and sales, financing, development of residential and commercial properties, secured real estate financing, asset-based lending, construction lending, title review and insurance, commercial leasing, in the representation of both landlords and tenants, creditor-debtor relationships, and structuring, documenting and closing corporate and residential loans for both borrowers and lenders.
She also handles U.S. and international corporate-related matters, where she represents clients in the purchase and sale of businesses; formation and structuring of businesses; strategic alliances and joint venture agreements; restructuring and dissolution of businesses; shareholder and partnership dispute resolutions; and other business matters. Ms. Lage also represents and counsels clients on the means of protecting and effectuating the transfer of their assets and providing for the wellbeing of their children and other family members; and preparing the corresponding documentation for such estate plans.

Ms. Lage also brings years of accounting experience and business acumen from her work with Big 5 accounting firm Arthur Anderson, LLP.
